PAUL SWANSTON

Paul Swanston is the Chief Financial Officer for EnerCorp. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of one of EnerCorp’s predecessor companies, Dynacorp, since 2014.

Paul works with the rest of the executive management team to execute the company’s long-term corporate strategies and to oversee the financial and risk management of the company. He provides overall leadership and direction to the finance and corporate services functions.

Paul has a diverse background with nearly 20 years of direct and indirect financial and management experience in the energy industry both with exploration and production and oilfield services companies. Prior to joining EnerCorp, Mr. Swanston was the Corporate Controller at CES Energy Solutions (Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp.). Previously he held roles with Canacol Energy Ltd. (BrazAlta Resources), Deloitte, and Husky Energy.

Paul holds a B.Comm. with Distinction from the University of Calgary, is a CFA charter holder, and a Chartered Accountant.
